FUND007 — Funding Bank Details & Setting Default Funding Wallets
Last updated: August 26, 2026
Xtrm issues your organization unique funding bank details — routing numbers, account numbers, or IBANs — for transferring funds into your Xtrm wallets by wire or ACH/EFT.
By setting currency-specific default wallets, inbound transfers route and credit automatically, with no manual intervention.
Prerequisite: Your company must be approved for Advanced Services.
1. Where to find your funding bank details
Once approved, your currency-specific banking instructions appear in two places:
Home dashboard — a quick reference card at the top of your main dashboard.
Fund section — the complete instructions, including routing numbers, IBANs, and wire codes.
To view the full details:
Log in to your Xtrm company account.

Select Fund from the left-hand navigation menu.
Click Funding Banks.
Select your target currency to reveal the account numbers and routing details needed to initiate a wire or ACH/EFT from your corporate bank.

2. Setting currency-specific default funding wallets
A default funding wallet ensures incoming bank transfers post to the correct wallet balance automatically — unless a specific Wallet ID is provided in an API call or mass payment file.
Only one default wallet per currency can be active at a time — one default USD wallet, one default EUR wallet, and so on.
To set or change a default wallet:
Log in and select Wallets from the left-hand navigation menu.
Find the currency wallet you want to set as default. Existing defaults show a green checkmark in the Default column.
Click Edit next to that wallet.

Toggle Default Funding Wallet to Yes, then click Done.

How inbound funds are routed
When funds arrive by inbound bank transfer (wire or ACH) into your unique Xtrm funding bank account, they are routed based on what the transaction includes:
Transaction includes | Funds are credited to |
|---|---|
A Wallet ID | The specified wallet |
No Wallet ID | The default wallet for that transaction's currency |
No Wallet ID, and no default set for that currency | The oldest wallet in that currency |
Providing a Wallet ID is the only way to guarantee funds land in a specific wallet.
