COMPANY050 — How to Submit and Claim Rebate Payments Through the Partner Portal

Rebate claims must be submitted through the Partner Portal. Rebate amounts are not visible or claimable within the Xtrm platform — all rebate management must be done through the Partner Portal directly.

How to View and Claim Your Rebates

  1. Log in to the Partner Portal.

  2. Navigate to Reseller Program > Rebate Programs.

  3. Review your individual rebate dashboards to see your earned rebate amounts.

  4. Submit your claim directly from within the Rebate Programs section.

Important Notes

  • Rebate amounts are not visible within the Xtrm platform. Always use the Partner Portal to check your earned rebates.

  • The Partner Portal may require the appropriate SPN ID and a Wallet ID associated with your Xtrm Account, which can be located when logged on to Xtrm.

  • If you have questions about specific transaction details on a rebate statement or need assistance with payout setup, please contact your program representative or reach out to partner support for guidance.
