Overview

Xtrm enables personal account holders to redeem wallet funds into a selection of over 1,000 global digital gift cards. Gift cards are issued electronically without any plastic or shipping requirements and are delivered directly via email as a digital claim link. You can send gift cards to yourself or transfer them directly to another individual using their email address.  

Key Information & Rules

  • Instant Digital Delivery: All gift cards are delivered via email with a link or claim code to redeem online.  

  • Dynamic Retailer Catalog: Digital gift card availability is subject to change as global retail partners update their participation.  

  • No Refunds: Once issued, digital gift card transfers are final and cannot be cancelled or returned to your wallet.

  • Prepaid Cards Alternative: If your preferred brand or retailer is not listed, consider transferring funds to a Prepaid Virtual Visa or Mastercard, which is accepted universally where Visa/Mastercard digital payments are supported.

  • Prepaid VISA & Mastercard Country Restrictions: Prepaid VISA and Mastercards are also available with specific country and currency restrictions. Please review the approved countries list HERE to verify where prepaid Visa and Mastercards can be issued and spent.


How to Browse & Redeem in Your Dashboard

  1. Log In: Access your personal account at xtrm.com.

  2. Navigate: Click Transfer and select Digital Gift Card.

  3. Select Region & Brand: Choose your source wallet currency to view all currently active gift card brands in your region.

  4. Complete Redemption: Enter the desired amount, review the summary, and confirm the transfer.
