COMPANY001 — 4 Quick Steps to Start Making and Receiving Payments

Setting up your Xtrm corporate account is fast and flexible. Follow this 4-step onboarding guide to register your company, connect payees, fund your account, and disburse global payments.

Getting Started

1. Create & Verify Your Company Account:

Register for a corporate account at xtrm.com.

  • Profile Setup: Complete both the basic and advanced company profiles.

  • User Access: The initial registration creates your primary Master Admin. You can invite additional team members and assign specific roles once logged in.

  • Verification: Account compliance verification typically takes up to 48 hours before outgoing payments can be initiated.

2. Add Company Contacts (Optional):

Contacts are generated automatically whenever you issue a payment. However, if you prefer to pre-populate payees:

  • Standard Method: Log in, select Contacts from the side menu, and search for or create beneficiary companies. (Pre-added contacts undergo a brief compliance review of up to 48 hours).

  • Advanced Methods:

    • Branded Portal: Direct partners to register via your custom signup link (yourcompany.xtrm.com).

    • Single Sign-On (SSO): Provision accounts through your enterprise SSO setup.

    • API Integration: Automate contact creation using the Xtrm Payments API (XAPI).

3. Fund Your Company Account:

Navigate to Fund in the left navigation panel to add capital to your digital wallet using any of the following methods:

  • Bank ACH Debit

  • Wire / ACH Direct Transfer

  • Electronic Invoice

  • Credit Card (Regional restrictions apply)

  • Real-time Exchange from another currency wallet

4. Make Payments:

Disburse funds using either standard platform tools or automated workflows:

Standard Options:

  • Simple Send: Send cash payments to single individual or company payees.

  • Advanced Send: Process multi-recipient payouts using cash or non-cash instruments (gift cards, digital rewards).

  • Mass Payments: Upload batch payout files (e.g., CSV/Excel).

Advanced Integration Options:

  • Automated Connectors: Scheduled data extraction from external tools (e.g., Salesforce / SFDC).

  • API Execution: Trigger programmatic payouts via XAPI.
