Promoters — What to Do Once Events Are Approved for Contingency
Last updated: August 26, 2026
Learn how promoters and event organizers manage accounts and submit event results to enable contingency payout processing through Xtrm.
Notice for Competitors / Riders — This guide is strictly for event organizers, promoters, and companies.
Overview
Xtrm processes contingency payments to riders and athletes based on event results submitted by approved promoters according to manufacturer rules.
Important Note — Xtrm does not directly approve promoters for contingency programs. To enroll your events in a contingency program, contact the manufacturer directly. Once approved, you only need one Xtrm company account to manage result submissions across all participating manufacturers.
Action Plan for Approved Promoters
Create or Access Your Xtrm Company Account: Ensure your organization has an active Xtrm company account. If you do not have one, register for free on the Xtrm Sign-Up Portal.
Do not create duplicate accounts if your organization already holds an account.
Review Program Rules & Qualified Events: Visit the Suzuki dedicated contingency portal (https://www.xtrm.com/contingency/Suzuki) to verify qualified events, rules, and class listings.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why do event promoters need an Xtrm company account?

How much does an Xtrm company account cost?
Creating and maintaining an Xtrm company account for contingency submissions is completely free.
Can results be submitted via email or website links?
No. Due to security, automation, and SOX compliance requirements, all results must be submitted electronically as a file upload through your verified Xtrm company account.
What file formats are accepted?
You can submit results in any editable spreadsheet format (such as .xlsx or .csv). Non-editable formats (such as PDF files) are not accepted.
