The notification will inform beneficiary companies that a payment has been successfully sent to their wallet, ensuring transparency and timely awareness of incoming funds.

The alert email is automatically sent when a company initiates a mass payment and the payment status is marked as Sent.

The email typically includes the following details:

• Subject: Notification of payment sent

• Recipient: Beneficiary company’s registered email

• Payment Details:

  • Amount sent

  • Currency

  • Date of transaction
